Responsibilities encompass overseeing ACC data environments, developing standards with Dynamo and Revit API, and facilitating training. Colleagues use tools like Navisworks and BIM Collaborate Pro with project teams. One challenge is maintaining QA/QC standards amid evolving designs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage model health to facilitate architectural working drawings
  • Manage template family, and content development including advanced parametrics and automation
  • Develop and maintain project BIM Execution Plans ensuring alignment
  • Oversee Workshop/APD’s ACC data environment
  • Facilitates internal training, BIM audits, model reviews
  • Establish BIM documentation processes, procedures, workflows, best practices
  • Coordinates with project teams to ensure models meet QA/QC standards and client requirements

Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Design required
  • 6 to 10 years’ experience as BIM operator preferably in luxury residential, hospitality, high-end development
  • Certified Autodesk Revit professional, familiarity with Dynamo and Revit API, Rhino preferred
  • Proven experience creating template files, custom families, LOD based assets, managing firmwide library
  • Strong competency in Navisworks, BIM 360, BIM Collaborate Pro, Dynamo, Enscape
  • D5, V-ray
  • Expert level knowledge of construction materials, building assemblies, case work and building products
  • Experience with managing workflows and collaborating in team environment with detail orientation
  • Excellent leadership, communication, ability to mentor teams
