Christian Brothers Automotive operates 300 locations nationwide, providing precision auto repair with manufacturer-level diagnostic equipment and scan tools. Advisors greet customers, present repair solutions using Windows-based software and automotive applications, and manage store workflows. They direct service activities, shuttle customers in branded vehicles, and ensure repairs meet specifications. Interactions involve customers, technicians, and team members. A constraint includes standing and walking most of the workday while coordinating parts. Occasional lifting over 50 pounds occurs in a high-volume setting.
Compensation reaches up to $80k annually, with guaranteed pay during initial opening. Work occurs Monday to Friday from 7am to 6pm at 1079 Hog Mountain Road, Watkinsville, GA. - Consistently and effectively sell services without jeopardizing honesty
- Maintain positive attitude and team atmosphere
- Communicate on the phone in a clear professional manner
- Build long-term relationships
- Directs, coordinates, and participates in performing customer service activities
- Ensure that all repairs are performed to proper specifications
- Work together as a team and assist other employees as needed
Requirements
- Current driver’s license acceptable to insurance carrier
- Proficiency in Windows based computer software and automotive store applications
- Experience in Automotive Customer Service role or Automotive Service Write/Advisor/Sales role
