They interpret repair needs, manage workflow, and maintain relationships to build trust with clients. This role helps vehicle owners keep their cars operating efficiently and safely. Work emphasizes precision and customer satisfaction in new facilities.

Christian Brothers Automotive operates 300 locations nationwide, providing precision auto repair with manufacturer-level diagnostic equipment and scan tools. Founded in 1982, the company focuses on transparent repairs and supports technicians with free training and assistance centers. It offers a fully air-conditioned environment with closed weekends.

Advisors greet customers, present repair solutions using Windows-based software and automotive applications, and manage store workflows. They direct service activities, shuttle customers in branded vehicles, and ensure repairs meet specifications. Interactions involve customers, technicians, and team members. A constraint includes standing and walking most of the workday while coordinating parts. Occasional lifting over 50 pounds occurs in a high-volume setting.

Compensation reaches up to $80k annually, with guaranteed pay during initial opening. Work occurs Monday to Friday from 7am to 6pm at 1079 Hog Mountain Road, Watkinsville, GA.   • Consistently and effectively sell services without jeopardizing honesty

  • Directs, coordinates, and participates in performing customer service activities
  • Ensure that all repairs are performed to proper specifications
  • Work together as a team and assist other employees as needed

Requirements

  • Current driver’s license acceptable to insurance carrier
  • Proficiency in Windows based computer software and automotive store applications
  • Experience in Automotive Customer Service role or Automotive Service Write/Advisor/Sales role
