Specialists lead production teams in setups using tri-loc and SOPs, minimize rejects with time management, unload garments during runs, communicate with operators and press techs to fix prints or ink problems, and sustain 6S in work areas. They follow ink controls and SOPs, identify opportunities like make-ups or re-shoots, and exhibit urgency in interactions. Teams collaborate with operators, quality inspectors, press techs, and supervisors. One constraint includes performing tasks in high-energy environments with frequent pace requirements to avoid downtime.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous screen print press operating experience REQUIRED
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime
- Team oriented with high energy and sense of urgency
