Responsibilities cover responding to calls, donor greetings ensuring safety, screening repeat and new donors, logging vitals and finger sticks, Donor Information System application, chart creation, record accuracy, compensation handling, and seeking process enhancements. Requires afternoon, evening, and Saturday availability. Interacts with Plasma Center Manager, team for efficiency, and donors for service. Physical aspects: entire shift on feet, up to 32-pound lifts occasionally, bending, stooping, and glove-wearing for 90% of activities against pathogens.
Hourly salary commences at $16, part-time framework in Waterloo, Iowa, involving evenings and Saturdays.
