Requirements

  • Licensed funeral director and embalmer
  • Ability to obtain state licenses
  • Additional state licensing as required
  • High degree of concentration
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Empathetic and caring demeanor
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Valid state driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent (from one year post-secondary education)
  • Graduation from accredited school of embalming or mortuary science
