Responsibilities
- Own the partner territory plan for sub sector within Financial Services
- Work directly with Sales Leadership and Partner Executives on unique GTM strategies
- Materially accelerate Databricks adoption with C&SI Partners in Financial Services
- Establish healthy and sustainable relationships with C&SI Partner teams
- Create scaled programs with ecosystem to drive new logo adoption and expansion
- Work directly with Sales Leadership and Partner Executives on unique GTM strategies
- Work with account executives, sales management, solution architects, field marketing and operations
- Explore and execute partnership opportunities; build consensus and influence outcomes
- Work with Cloud partners (AWS, Azure GCP) to support customer opportunities
- Determine the key SI relationships within Financial Services and develop execute plans
- Support practice and skills development for SI Partners balanced with programs, asset development
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partner sales, partner management
- Sales Readiness and Execution: opportunity qualification and advancement with SI Partners Planning: develop SI Partner strategies and plans by account.
- Working as a Team: work with account executives, sales management, solution architects, field marketing operations
- Portfolio Management & Planning: determine key SI relationships within Financial Services and develop plans
- Delivery Readiness: support practice and skills development for SI Partners
