Base salary ranges from $71,445 to $95,260 annually, determined by experience. Located in Franklin Park, IL; requires mobility for trips. Responsibilities
- Execute specification design activities, defining required technical features
- Support the start-up of new machinery
- Oversee the technology diffusion among plants within times, costs and quality standards
- Be responsible for the execution of industrial investment projects
- Act as a technical point of reference during all project execution, including safety-related matters
- Oversee post-execution technical assistance activities to machinery
- Operate as a point of reference for the sourcing department, providing support in defining sourcing strategies, collecting and evaluating offers, and assessing and selecting suppliers
- Ensure a proper technical documentation for machinery and its continuous update
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Master's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent technical leadership and project engineering experience
- Skills in industrial automation area preferred
- Ideally 2-3 years work experience
- Experience in food packing industrial application preferred
- Strong analytical skills

- Availability for frequent business trip and international mobility mandatory
