Their pieces address AI, data, cybersecurity, and cloud impacts to inform customers and stakeholders. Writers edit pieces for clarity, align with messaging, and support coverage of product launches and events.
Tanium secures over 32 million endpoints for Fortune 100 organizations, top retailers, and military branches. Operating in over 30 countries, they integrate with top tech firms. Recognized on Forbes Cloud 100 for nine years, they emphasize real-time, autonomous solutions reducing IT and security complexities.
Work involves developing market insights on AI, data, cybersecurity, and cloud, aligning content with vision, authoring thought pieces and reports, maintaining editorial standards for blogs and media, proofreading for grammar and flow, expanding news coverage with narratives, simplifying technical details for audiences, collaborating on events and activations, scripting and producing multimedia, coordinating asset lifecycles, and measuring impact. Key interactions include editors, designers, and technical reviewers.
Base salary ranges from $70,000 to $210,000 annually. Hybrid schedule requires office presence in locations like Addison, Bellevue, Durham, Emeryville, or Reston for minimum three days per week. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, or business
- 5+ years in technical writing or editorial experience
- Proficiency in journalistic principles and storytelling

- Strong organizational skills for project management
- Knowledge of content management systems and publishing tools
