The base salary range is $152,000 to $192,000 USD. Compensation includes discretionary annual bonus, equity plan, generous benefits. Responsibilities

- Own the details - Dive deep, identify gaps, evaluate risks and misalignment
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in engineering program management, with at least 3+ years focused on data-centric programs for machine learning
- Deep understanding of the ML model life-cycle and critical role of data within it
- Proven ability to manage complex technical programs, including project plans, dependencies, Agile methodologies
- Demonstrated technical judgment in the ML/data domain
- Experience managing data annotation/labeling pipelines, vendor relationships
- Exceptional communication skills to executive and engineering audiences
- Master’s degree in a technical field, ideally related to AI/ML preferred
- Contributed to technical decision making, analyzing trade-offs preferred
- Experience designing reporting metrics on data quality impact preferred
