Associates conduct room checks, administer medications with supervision, transport residents using NJ drivers' licenses, organize psychoeducational groups and chores, document outcomes in logs and incident reports, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for conferences. They facilitate fire drills, maintain records per regulatory agencies, and participate in training enhancing teamwork. Requirements

  • High school or high school equivalency diploma
  • 1 year experience working with youth in group settings
  • OR Associate's/Bachelor's degree in social work or psychology
  • OR Bachelor's in unrelated field with 6 months experience
  • Current NJ driver's license
  • Age 21 or older
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
