Job Description

Team leads direct Montana Assertive Community Treatment programs, overseeing multidisciplinary teams for clients with severe mental illnesses. They ensure integration of health care goals into treatment plans, supervise staff, and evaluate performance. Roles include scheduling shifts for coverage across days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Team leads coordinate community stakeholders and represent the agency in public meetings.

Team leads earn $80,000.00 annually. Positions are based in Hamilton, Montana, with statewide availability. Responsibilities

  • Administer and direct Montana Assertive Community Treatment teams for clients with severe mental illnesses
  • Supervise and evaluate multidisciplinary team with health support
  • Direct day-to-day clinical operations including staff scheduling
  • Lead organizational meetings, treatment planning, and client evaluations
  • Coordinate treatment activities and represent agency in public engagements

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree in Public Health Services, Human Services, Non-profit Management, Business Management, or related field
  • One year experience in administrative and program management
  • Experience in health-related field
  • Advanced degree (MS, MA, PhD) in Psychology, Nursing, Social Work, or related field preferred
  • Current professional license or candidate license preferred
  • Knowledge of Montana administrative rules and policies
  • Understanding of human behavior, psychological methods, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation
