Compensation is $21.34 per hour for 1st shift from 4:00am to 1:00pm, Monday through Friday plus weekends as needed. Work arranges full-time on-site at Plant 2 in Burk. Schedule may include overtime for production demands. Responsibilities

  • Supply meat to the Grindroom from meat receiving coolers via pallet jack
  • Inspect product
  • Grind meat
  • Remove pallets and trash from the Grindroom
  • Operate a metal detector belt and auger
  • Learn and perform multiple positions with provided training
  • Work in temperatures 40-50 degrees and 32 degrees in the cooler
  • Operate an electric pallet jack with in-house training
  • Lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull 100 pounds
  • Perform repetitive tasks and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Operate food processing equipment
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Fill in for other plant positions as necessary

Requirements

  • 6 months of work history
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
