Reverse transaction coordinators assist mortgage originators in building complete loan files for submissions under supervision. They handle lead conversion, appointment setting, and database management in lending processes. This support speeds up loan approvals and improves customer experiences. Responsibilities
- Assist originator in appointment setting with prospective and new applicants
- Provide new lead call backs within 20 minutes and maintain a 35% conversion rate
- Provide administrative support managing various client databases
- Send new clients online pre-qualification link
- Pull and prep web applications and other administrative based duties
- Set and confirm appointments for the originator
- Prepare and send thank you cards
- Act as a point of contact for the customer and referral source
- Run credit on loans assigned to an originator
- Request status updates from pre-approved clients
- Contact expired, pre-approved clients
- Provide marketing support by coordinating, creating, obtaining compliance approval, tracking, and distributing advertising materials
- Manage monthly compliance-approved email marketing
- Monitor key dates related to loan transactions
- Send loan forms, disclosures agreements, and other supporting documentation
- Manage assigned originator's database
- Maintain customer contact to ensure follow-up
- Provide administrative support in the collection and preparation of submitting loan application
- Order out 4506T, SSA, Credit Supplements, AccountCheck and Work Number
- Prepare and submit loan applications to processing
- Provide any necessary administrative assistance
- Provide status updates to referral sources
- Subject to limitations, collect supporting documentation
- Maintain referral source relationships
- Keep up to date with company approved programs and software systems
- Answer customer inquiries
- May provide clerical and administrative support on an as needed basis
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of one year total experience in Mortgage lending or related field
- Does not require an active MLO licensing
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong detail orientation and highly organized
- Works with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness

- Demonstrated patience and professionalism
- Proficiency with data entry, PDF software programs, Microsoft Word, and Excel
