Responsibilities
- Serve as primary in-house administrator for Docebo and Highspot
- Manage global settings, user permissions, advanced configuration, and navigation
- Manage user provisioning and access rights for Revenue roles
- Actively manage lifecycle of content
- Enforce tagging governance for searchability
- Manage relationships with platform vendors
- Advocate for features and resolve support tickets
- Identify and implement underutilized features
- Configure interfaces to reduce friction
- Support execution of initiatives like Sales Kick-Off
- Structure learning plans within tools
- Manage API connections between platforms and Salesforce
- Ensure training data writes back to SFDC
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for issues like course access
- Create dashboards for platform health and metrics
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as System Administrator
- Specific deep experience with Docebo and Highspot required
- Strong understanding of how Enablement tools integrate with Salesforce (SFDC)
- Experience supporting a global Sales or Technical Revenue organization
- Problem-solving ability for course design and SCORM issues
