Job Description
This supervisor leads plant operations at Feed Energy, overseeing teams in feed production while ensuring food safety. Shift includes every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, with Wednesday rotations after training.
Feed Energy supports nourishment and economy through agriculture, feed, and fuel intersections, promoting circular economies.
Duties encompass scheduling work, enforcing SOPs, leading meetings, approving permits, monitoring equipment, overseeing material movement, reviewing data, investigating incidents, maintaining floor presence, addressing issues, supporting complaints via PLI, coaching staff, onboarding training. High school diploma required, plus 2+ years supervision. Iowa driver's license needed.
Monday-Friday training initially, then night shifts. Full-time with benefits not specified. Travel none, occasional local. Supervision leadership promotes values.
