Responsibilities
- Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers at posts
- Ensure post orders followed, rounds completed, reports filed
- Notify authorities and clients in emergencies
- Coach and discipline personnel appropriately
- Train Security Officers and subordinates
- Submit payroll and personnel information
- Ensure adequate post coverage
- Prepare and file reports
- Inspect posts and outline tasks
- Meet with client representatives
- Interview, orient, train employees
- Appraise performance, reward/discipline, resolve problems
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Associate Degree required
- 2 years of security related training or experience, including lead/supervisory
- Strong computer skills
- CPR and Driver Certification
- Pre-employment drug screen and background investigation
