Hourly rates range from $16.50 to $17.50 per hour. Locations in Ditmars offer part-time shifts with early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Flexible availability is required. Benefits include paid sick leave and training programs.
Responsibilities
- Create warm, memorable interactions, ensure guests feel valued
- Bake happiness by preparing, baking, serving cookies to Chip City standards
- Craft and serve hot and cold beverages customized for guests
- Share knowledge of flavors, ingredients, pairings with energy
- Promote and upsell cookie boxes, beverages, merchandise
- Process orders and payments accurately through POS system
- Inform about loyalty program, app, emails
- Keep service areas stocked, organized, ready for action
- Maintain clean, safe, welcoming environment across counter, kitchen, storefront
- Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, workspaces per health standards
- Stock and organize supplies and retail products, maintain accurate inventory
- Prepare pickup, delivery, catering orders perfectly
- Monitor ovens, freezers, report issues
- Communicate with managers, teammates to keep store running
- Multitask and jump in wherever needed – teamwork makes dream work
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Brings passion for customer service concerns
- Strong communication skills – friendly, clear, confident
- Adheres to food safety and sanitation procedures
- Works quickly, efficiently, kindly in fast-paced dynamic environment
- Holds Food Protection Certification or willing to obtain
- Successfully completes training programs
