Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 – 5 years of field experience or technical education
- Minimum 2 years life safety and home automation experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history
- ESA Certified Alarm Technician Level 2 or equivalent preferred
- NICET Fire or Video Level 1 preferred
- Communicate effectively professionally to provide superior service
