Work involves cleaning furniture, floors, ceilings, walls, and fixtures using chemical cleaners, power equipment like vacuums and scrubbers, collecting trash in containers, restocking supplies such as soap and paper towels, and operating hand trucks for moving crates. Tasks require strength for lifting items up to 50 pounds and adherence to procedures that prevent damage, while interacting with managers, co-workers, and shift coordinators. A constraint includes performing outdoor duties like snow removal regardless of weather.

Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain buildings and facilities
- Follow procedures for using chemical cleaners and power equipment
- Notify Manager of repairs or additions to buildings
- Establish communication with clients, co-workers, and supervisors
- Comply with safety, security, compliance, and quality standards
- Clean furniture, fixtures, floors, walls, machines, and equipment
- Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, and crates using hand trucks
- Clean glass using soapy water, sponges, and squeegees
- Wash and replace blinds
- Gather and empty trash
- Sweep walks, rake leaves, cut grass, remove snow
- Wipe tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas
- Service, clean, and supply restrooms
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- 1 year of similar work experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
