Engineers implement and maintain identity orchestration flows using Ping DaVinci, customizing nodes for specific requirements. They integrate workflows into toolchains like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps for automated deployment across environments. Duties include collaborating with teams for reliable scaling, monitoring performance for resilience and security, implementing version control strategies, and providing DevOps lifecycle support. Scripting occurs in Bash, PowerShell, or Python, with knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC protocols essential.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain identity orchestration flows using Ping DaVinci
  • Customize or build Ping DaVinci nodes
  • Integrate DaVinci workflows into DevOps toolchains and CI/CD pipelines
  • Automate deployment and configuration of DaVinci nodes across environments
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, security teams for scalable orchestration
  • Monitor and optimize orchestration flows for performance, resilience, security compliance
  • Implement version control and promotion strategies for DaVinci flows
  • Provide support on orchestration tooling within DevOps lifecycle

Requirements

  • 3+ years in DevOps, IAM engineering, or API platform architecture
  • Experience with Ping Identity's DaVinci platform
  • Knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC protocols
  • Proficiency in RESTful APIs and JSON
  • Infrastructure as code with Terraform, Helm, Ansible
  • Scripting in Bash, PowerShell, Python
  • PingOne Suite including PingOne SSO, Protect, Risk, MFA preferred
  • JavaScript for custom logic and flow extensions preferred
  • XML for federation, policy, configuration artifacts preferred
  • Advanced JSON for DaVinci payloads, API integrations, event handling preferred
  • HTML and CSS for custom UI, branding, hosted page integration preferred
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker preferred
  • Experience with cloud-native identity architectures in Azure and AWS preferred
  • Certifications in Ping DaVinci, DevOps Engineering, or major cloud platforms preferred
