Activities include providing excellent customer service aligned with company expectations. Associates develop product knowledge and maintain relationships with customers. They replenish stock and uphold merchandise standards. Tasks involve knowing the New York community, using social insights for interactions, and contributing to team performance. Sales strategies are developed collaboratively with the Store Manager, with awareness of targets and goals.
The position pays 19 USD per hour. It is part-time with 2-3 days per week availability starting as soon as possible. Schedules require flexible hours to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends when necessary. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain good product knowledge and provide excellent customer service in line with the company expectations
- Keep customers informed and aware of current products, trends, and collections
- Continuously build and maintain customer relationships
- Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise and product presentation
- Know your city and use information about social movements as a tool during customer service
- Be aware of daily sales targets, KPI goals, and performance against them
- Develop sales strategies and drive business growth
- Work in and promote a team-oriented environment

Requirements
- Great communication skills with a social personality
- Enthusiasm for meaningful conversations and tailoring customer approaches
- Prior sales experience in retail preferred
- High-end retail sales experience preferred
- Willingness to work flexible hours
