The role provides bilingual Spanish speech therapy remotely to address language barriers for clients with communication disabilities. Interventions target receptive language, fluency, voice disorders, and apraxia, benefiting diverse populations including children from 18 months old. It bridges accessibility in therapy services through virtual care plans.

All Care Therapies delivers speech, occupational, and physical therapy online and onsite to clients of varying ages. Operations span California, Texas, and Nevada with an emphasis on flexible team dynamics. Care focuses on aiding communication and injury recovery.

Tasks encompass online therapy provision, eligibility assessments via virtual platforms, and care plan coordination. Pathologists handle caseloads across children, adults, and geriatric groups, ensuring accurate daily records. Bilingual proficiency is required, and technical comfort with the all-inclusive teletherapy system presents a learning curve.

W2 hourly pay starts at $43.00 up to $56.00 with bilingual bonuses; 1099 models offer $60.00 for 60-minute evaluations and $30.00 for 30-minute sessions. California licensure reimbursement after 145 hours. Fully remote, minimum 12 hours per week. Benefits feature flexible hours, referral incentives, and paths to advancement via leadership programs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote speech-language therapy services to clients
  • Conduct online speech-language assessments to determine eligibility for speech services
  • Develop, coordinate, implement, and monitor an individual's plan of care via teletherapy
  • Maintain a caseload of kids, adults, and the geriatric population
  • Keep appropriate and daily documentation

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active California State Speech Language Pathologist License or ability to obtain
  • Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview
  • Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through an all-inclusive platform
  • Comfort working with children (18 months+)
  • Bilingual in Spanish required
