This role involves providing remote speech-language therapy to clients of all ages, including children and adults with disorders such as receptive and expressive language issues, fluency problems, voice conditions, and apraxia of speech. Therapists assess eligibility for services, develop plans of care, and monitor progress through teletherapy sessions using an all-inclusive platform. This work helps clients improve communication skills and supports rehabilitation needs.

In this position, professionals conduct online assessments to determine service eligibility and maintain caseloads for kids, adults, and geriatric populations. They develop, implement, and coordinate individual plans via teletherapy while keeping daily documentation on patient progress. Activities involve interacting with clients remotely and collaborating with fellow therapists for mentorship. A key challenge is ensuring technical proficiency on the teletherapy platform to deliver effective services.

Compensation is $43.00 to $56.00 per hour as W2, adjusted based on experience, qualifications, and bilingual skills in Spanish or Russian. Licensure reimbursement for California or Nevada is provided after 145 hours. The role offers a fully remote setup with a minimum 12 hours per week commitment for part-time work. Requirements

  • Comfort working with children aged 18 months and up
  • Bilingual in Spanish or Russian preferred
