Managers oversee online learning, career services in community colleges. They assess effectiveness, track metrics, prepare reports, support enrollment, guide students on pathways. Liaise with students, employers to secure internships, placements. Facilitate connections, engage partners for training. Provide personalized support, track outcomes, guide progressions. Provide feedback for improvements, assist transitions. Guides use counseling, coaching for continued education. This positions noncredit students toward credit programs in SoLAcc.

Serve as guide for progressions through counseling, advising. But part-time permanent at 29 hours weekly.
$23.71-$24.47 per hour. Located in South Louisiana Community College. Involves 29 hours weekly part-time permanent. - Student Success Support: Provide personalized support, help access resources
- Track Career Outcomes: Monitor alumni and current employment
- Continuous Improvement: Use feedback, evaluations for improvements
- Lead career development: Provide job search strategies, coaching, resume, interview preparation
Requirements
- Associate degree with minimum three years relevant experience or bachelor degree
- Three years counseling and motivating individuals
- Valid, unencumbered driver's license
- Bachelor degree preferred
