Responsibilities

  • Patrol property on foot, bicycle, or vehicle
  • Monitor alarm systems, surveillance cameras, access control systems
  • Deliver excellent guest service responding to questions, complaints, conflicts
  • Respond to physical threats, altercations, aggressive behavior
  • Engage in self-defense, defensive tactics including takedowns, handcuffing, restraining
  • Utilize de-escalation and conflict resolution techniques

  • Perform gaming drops and transactions

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in security, customer service, or related role

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Ability to operate vehicles, radios, and security equipment
  • Previous security, law enforcement, or military background preferred
  • Experience in resort, casino, or hospitality security environments preferred
