The position includes leading development of strategies aligned with objectives, serving as primary voice in meetings, delivering insights and frameworks. Activities involve fostering cross-functional trust, translating research into actionable strategies, thought leadership through POV publications, team coaching resolving conflicts and guiding development, overseeing deliverable quality, expertise in trends anticipation, analytical synthesis for presentations, andPRO model inclusive behaviors. Managing multiple accounts while producing deliverables creates ongoing challenges in balancing quantities.

Responsibilities
- Lead development of data- and insight-driven strategies aligning with client business objectives inspiring internal and client teams
- Serve as primary strategic voice in client meetings delivering impactful insights, recommendations, strategic frameworks
- Foster collaborative environment building trust across internal teams, clients, agency partners acting role model mentor
- Generate insights translating complex research, data analytics, patient journey insights into clear actionable strategies

Requirements
- 10+ years of Account Planning experience
- Extensive experience within the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry required
- Subject matter expert for digital, media, and technology marketing and advertising
- Motivated leader taking ownership of multiple accounts including strategic goals and landscapes
- Ability to evaluate quality of client-facing deliverables produced by Planning team
- Capable of getting job done right and unsatisfied until mastered
- Sets standard for work leads to brilliant strategies
- Provides thought leadership shaping knowledge base
- Creatively uses approaches to solve challenges

- BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Quality Management with 5 to7 years of experience in manufacturing, supplier development and quality control preferred Knowledge of heavy industry manufacturing is required, knowledge of construction and mining equipment preferred. Working knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices and procedures and industry standards is required. Working knowledge of Supplier development practice would be a bonus. Persuasive communication skills, as well as ability to interface with all levels of people. Excellent presentation and writing skills. Strong working skills with computers (spreadsheets, data bases, etc.). Strong analytical skills (economic and analysis). Strong organizational skills. Additional Information Hiring Range At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays $103,000 -$128,800.
