Job Description
The Elevate Program offers a full-time practicum where participants work toward BCBA certification and deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, centers, or schools. This structured experience builds clinical hours, mentorship, and hands-on practice across six domains like assessment and intervention, helping children and families with autism spectrum disorders.
Centria Autism provides specialization in ABA therapy for autism spectrum disorder from birth through age 21. The company offers diagnostic evaluations, interventions, and services to support neurodevelopmental needs.
Participants start as Behavior Technicians or Registered Behavior Technicians, progressing through Emerge, Empower, and Ascend stages with milestones, wage increases, and supervision. They attend professional development sessions using ADOS-2 and ABA techniques, collaborate with BCBAs and peers, and deliver care in home, center, or school settings, often requiring afternoon or evening availability.
Base pay ranges from $18 to $23 per hour with $2 increases per stage, plus medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k) with match, tuition reimbursement up to $20,000, exclusive Elevate gear, and milestone recognition. The role requires full-time hours, often afternoons and evenings, with no travel mentioned.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Active enrollment in or completion of a master's-level ABA program
- Completed master's degree with enrollment in or completion of ABA course sequence
- Strong desire to grow into a BCBA role
