A representative identifies and qualifies sales opportunities for restaurant technology solutions. Efforts focus on prospecting customers, using tools like LinkedIn and Salesforce to set meetings for account executives. Work drives growth in SaaS products, enabling restaurants to improve guest experiences.
PAR Technology delivers software and hardware for restaurant operations, supporting over 100,000 establishments in 110 countries. The company combines point-of-sale, digital ordering, loyalty programs, and hardware via “Better Together” ethos.
Typical tasks involve researching prospects on LinkedIn and Salesforce, crafting outbound emails via SalesLoft and LinkedIn, managing inbound leads, qualifying based on profiles, collaborating on campaigns, participating in meetings and coaching. Activities use CRM tools like SalesLoft and Gong. A significant constraint is balancing persistence in outreach with learning multiple platforms simultaneously for revenue generation.
Compensation is $45,000 base salary plus $15,000 commission OTE. Location is in-person at greater Minneapolis-St. Paul MN area, office in St. Louis Park MN. Schedule follows standard hours. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in sales, marketing, technology
- Self-starter attitude, curiosity, willingness to learn
- Coachable, organized, persistent
- Preferred: customer service experience, CRM familiarity, passion for tech or SaaS
