Responsibilities

  • Execute and support day-to-day operational workflows across business, including logistics, inventory tracking, customer support coordination
  • Maintain and update internal tools, trackers, and dashboards ensure accurate, timely information
  • Support cross-functional projects that span multiple teams, helping coordinate tasks, timelines, follow-through
  • Assist with data analysis, reporting, models inform operational and business decisions
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in existing processes and help document or improve them over time
  • Support strategic initiatives such as new product and business line launches, geographic expansion, organizational change
  • Partner with Sales, CX, Supply Chain, and Finance to unblock issues and keep work moving forward
  • Provide ad-hoc operational support to leadership, taking ownership of tasks

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, analytics, consulting, supply chain, customer operations
  • Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel), familiarity with Airtable or similar tools
  • Comfort using AI tools as part of day-to-day operational workflows
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability manage multiple workstreams
  • Willingness to handle hands-on operational work
  • Clear communicator comfortable working across teams
  • Experience at startup, high-growth company preferred
  • Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Notion, SQL, Intercom preferred
  • Exposure to logistics, hardware, mobility preferred
