Adult patients with medical conditions such as gastrointestinal disorders, heart conditions, metabolic issues, and infections receive coordinated care that supports recovery from acute episodes or chronic ailments. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document measurable goals
- Identify and prioritize patient needs and nursing diagnoses
- Evaluate and alter care plans based on patient responses
- Assess for discharge planning and make appropriate referrals

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Current State of Illinois Registered Professional Nurse
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support
- Associate Degree Nursing acceptable with BSN commitment within three years
- 1+ year experience for sign-on bonus eligibility
