Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or 5 years manufacturing/supervisory experience
- Strong organizational, human relations, and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft software experience (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience in Area Team Development and SAP preferred
- Flexibility to work overtime
