Job Description
Legacy Restoration employs a Roofing Account Executive to generate sales through door-to-door outreach and manage customer Roofing projects from initial contact to completion, directly benefiting homeowners in need of exterior renovations like new roofs. This role resolves insurance claims and coordinates installations, ensuring properties are restored efficiently to address damage from storms.
Legacy Restoration leads in residential exterior renovation with roofing, siding, windows, and gutters services, serving communities through active volunteering and earning the Ethics Torch Award from BBB for ethical business practices.
Activities include uploading contracts and photos into CRM systems after appointments, meeting insurance adjusters for documentation, and collaborating with project coordinators and production teams for seamless workflows. Workers wear company-branded apparel, use personal vehicles with decals, and climb ladders or walk roofs in various weather for inspections. A key challenge is meeting monthly sales quotas while balancing field-based schedules, including evenings and Saturdays, to maintain employment and service quality.
Compensation includes a vehicle allowance, health insurance, dental coverage, vision benefits, 401K with match, paid paternity leave, 10 days paid time off, and 8 paid holidays. Positions are full-time in field-based roles across serviced communities, with flexible hours to accommodate evenings and Saturdays. Responsibilities
- Generate new business through door-to-door outreach, inspections, and other sales efforts (monthly sales quota must be met to maintain employment)
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing consistent follow-up and high-quality service throughout the project
- Meet with insurance adjusters, document the scope of work, and upload all required files, photos, and notes promptly into company systems
- Collaborate with internal teams (Project Coordinators, Production, Supplements) to ensure projects move forward smoothly
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays, to meet customer needs and project timelines
- Represent Legacy Restoration by wearing company-branded apparel and having company-branded vehicle decals installed on the windows of their personal vehicles
- Be able to climb ladders, walk roofs, and work in various weather conditions as needed
- Attend all required company and sales team meetings and trainings
- Uphold Legacy Core Values in all interactions with customers and teammates
