The company employs 12,000 staff members, including 5,200 medical and behavioral health providers, focusing on prevention through telemedicine, referrals, and freestanding surgical facilities. Headquarters are in Houston, Texas, with contract support for government defense agencies.

Travel technicians observe MRI scans at designated facilities and supply protocols on USB sticks when direct machine access is unavailable. They work with General Electric, Philips Healthcare, Siemens, Toshiba, and Cannon MRI devices and maintain supplies throughout deployments.
