Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers to help achieve improved processes and increased efficiency
- Analyze customer data to provide suggestions on improvements for automated workflow
- Guide customers on best practice processes and configuration
- Inform customers about new features and their business impact
- Train and support clients during test phases and go live of new features
- Interface with peers within global Professional Services team
- Collaborate with external partners
Requirements
- Prior experience of cloud-based/SaaS IT systems
- Prior experience in Spend management, Source-to-Pay/Purchase-to-Pay
- Structured work approach and good communication skills
- Ability to manage several parallel tasks with good quality and control
- Prior experience of working as a consultant or in accounting
- Previous experience working with Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics AX/Finance & Operations, Dynamics NAV/Business Central, Infor M3 preferred
- Previous Project Management experience preferred
- Experience handling numerous projects simultaneously with varied timelines and managing multiple deliverables preferred
- Bachelor of Science or higher degree
