Job Description
Inspecting incoming, in-process, and outgoing products ensures garment quality adheres to specifications, protecting brand integrity for sports apparel lines. Staff in this position audit materials using detailed checks for details like leagues, teams, colors, fabrics, and embellishments. Training others on procedures maintains standards across facility processes.
adidas challenges status quo for over 70 years, cultivating creativity and collaboration to make sports change lives while assembling diverse teams for global impact.
Inspectors perform audits in inbound receipts, inprocess inspections, and outbound areas, using computer systems to document findings manually or electronically. They work independently on projects with minimal supervision, communicate with quality leads and supervisors, and follow TWI methodology for training on new operations. Teams interact with manufacturing and distribution departments to verify specifications. One constraint involves working overtime during busy seasons on Saturdays and flex days to meet production demands.
This full-time role requires high school diploma and solid attendance. Located in manufacturing facilities, schedules vary with flexibility for weekends. Benefits include PTO, health insurance options, employee assistance programs, and opportunities for skill development.
