Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting and focusing on donors, screening new and repeat donors, recording vital signs and finger stick results, using the Donor Information System, preparing donor charts, maintaining records, and coordinating compensation. Workers monitor freezer temperatures, prepare shipments, manage supplies, and initiate process improvements with tools like 5S. Collaborates with center manager, team members for safety, and donors for exceptional service. Physical demands involve standing all shift, lifting up to 32 pounds, bending, and prolonged glove wear due to bloodborne pathogen exposure.

Starting pay is $16 per hour, part-time schedule with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays in West Des Moines, Iowa. Requirements
