Job Description

This role focuses on converting inquiries into residential agreements for assisted living units, guiding seniors and families from initial tours to move-ins in a supportive environment.

LCS operates Cottage Grove Place, a community providing assisted living and memory care services to seniors, emphasizing hospitality and personalized care.

Work includes managing occupancy from inquiries via Prism software, coordinating home visits and physician meetings, negotiating terms, promoting Prism-documented events, tracking sales pipelines, and ensuring apartment readiness, though varying event schedules may necessitate evening availability.

Compensation offers $50000 base plus bonuses. Schedules run Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm with some evenings and weekends for events. Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries professionally
  • Manage resident information in Prism
  • Promote occupancy via telephone, visits, and tours
  • Provide marketing planning information
  • Understand and represent residency documents
  • Meet occupancy objectives
  • Interact with departments on move-ins

Requirements

  • 1-2 years sales and marketing experience
  • Handle confidential information appropriately
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
  • Computer and word processing skills
