Responsibilities
- Cleans and maintains rental cars by vacuuming, cleaning windows, wiping down interior, and utilizing air freshener
- Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners to prevent damage
- May remove stains from carpet and other interior surfaces using chemicals and cleaning solutions
- Gathers and empties trash
- Monitors building security and safety by locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use
- Drives vehicles while performing cleaning work
- Notifies management of the need for minor or major repairs
- Establishes and maintains communication and relationships with clients, co-workers, supervisors
- Complies with safety, security, compliance, and quality standards
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license
- No experience required
- No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
- One year of similar work experience preferred
