Daily tasks involve supervising midwife teams in birth suites for vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections, coordinating postnatal care in PAC units for newborn examinations and mother recovery, and running women's health clinics for gynecological consultations and screenings. Staff input patient data into electronic medical records while managing cost centers for staffing and supplies. They interact with collaborative leadership teams, nursing staff in complex hospital environments, and internal stakeholders at various levels. A key challenge includes opening new wards with experience in setting up protocols for safety and workflow in unfamiliar settings.
