Job Description
As a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor, you coordinate diesel technician teams to ensure vehicle maintenance meets customer needs, maintaining high morale and prioritizing repairs for tractors, trucks, and trailers. The core function involves auditing maintenance activities, hiring and training technicians, and controlling repair costs to keep fleets operational.

Daily activities include prioritizing work to meet deadlines, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, monitoring technician performance, managing the facility including cleaning and safety, and handling inventory for repairs on various vehicle components like engines and electrical systems. Workers use tools such as forklifts, scanners, and maintenance equipment, interacting with technicians, customers, and vendors. Requirements
- 3+ years fleet maintenance experience overseeing technicians
- 3 years team management experience with strong operational metrics
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications preferred
