Job Description

Manufacturing clients receive scheduled outputs from clerks organizing production orders. Workers create input/output schedules, verify specifications, order materials, and confirm samples to ensure on-time delivery.

Clerks create plant schedules for orders, submit specifications to departments, enter materials into documents, build customer order kits, verify paperwork against sales and pricing estimates, submit kits for scheduling and clearance, receive back with changes, update as needed, order outside vendor materials, second-read sample requests, and participate in special projects. Required experience includes 1-3 years related, basic Microsoft Office and Google Applications, data entry, office work in fast-paced environments, excellent organizational skills.

Jobs start at $16.50 to $20.91 per hour, first shift in climate-controlled environment. Pay decisions based on education, skills, experience, shift. Total compensation may include overtime, shift differential, call-in pay. Responsibilities

  • Create plant input/output schedules for submitted orders

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year, preferred 3 years previous related experience
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, Word
  • Basic knowledge of Google Applications
  • Previous data entry and office experience in fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
