Property maintenance involves repairs on plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliances at luxury and mid-rise buildings.
Blanton Turner manages residential and commercial properties in Pacific Northwest as a team in a fun culture.
Workers perform unit turns including appliance servicing, re-keying locks, and light bulb replacement while addressing resident work orders daily.
Physical tasks include lifting 10-50 pounds, climbing stairs, and standing on varying surfaces indoors and outdoors.
Schedule Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with availability for after-hours calls.
Earn $28 to $32 per hour based on experience and eligible for bonuses.

Responsibilities
- Perform general repairs including minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, drywall
- Handle unit turns with appliance servicing and interior painting
- Address resident work order requests promptly
- Maintain relationships with vendors
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Complete work professionally and timely
Requirements
- 3 years general building maintenance experience
- Computer proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
- Physically able to perform work in most weather
- Familiarity with Washington State and Seattle Landlord-Tenant laws
- Personal independence and self-initiative
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Aesthetically oriented with eye for detail
- Strong organizational skills
