Annual salaries range from $70,000 to $85,000. Roles involve flexible scheduling with home visits and classroom hours, often including evenings or weekends. Responsibilities
- Facilitate group and individual developmental sessions
- Provide case management
- Maintain a standard caseload of individual clients
- Conduct assessments and write reports
- Provide parent education and support
- Conduct home visits
- Participate in provision of each child's IFSP treatment plan through interagency collaboration
- Partner with families for development and implementation of individual program goals
- Oversee children's integration into the community adhering to program objectives while maintaining a safe environment
- Plan and implement classroom activities (including set-up and clean-up of class, organization of program materials)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or related field
- Experience teaching children ages 0-5 years old
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English)
- Minimum one year experience in a pediatric setting
- Must have access to a personal vehicle to conduct home visits as scheduled
- Experience providing virtual services
- Valid California Driver's License/ID
- Clean driving record (if applicable)
- Proof of negative TB test results
- Verification of occupational physical clearance
- Pass criminal fingerprint clearance
- 18 years of age or job permit clearance
