Responsibilities

  • Facilitate group and individual developmental sessions
  • Provide case management
  • Maintain a standard caseload of individual clients
  • Conduct assessments and write reports
  • Provide parent education and support
  • Conduct home visits
  • Participate in provision of each child's IFSP treatment plan through interagency collaboration
  • Partner with families for development and implementation of individual program goals
  • Oversee children's integration into the community adhering to program objectives while maintaining a safe environment
  • Plan and implement classroom activities (including set-up and clean-up of class, organization of program materials)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or related field
  • Experience teaching children ages 0-5 years old
  • Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English)
  • Minimum one year experience in a pediatric setting
  • Must have access to a personal vehicle to conduct home visits as scheduled
  • Experience providing virtual services
  • Valid California Driver's License/ID
  • Clean driving record (if applicable)
  • Proof of negative TB test results
  • Verification of occupational physical clearance
  • Pass criminal fingerprint clearance
  • 18 years of age or job permit clearance
