Responsibilities
- Lead, organize, and monitor month-end close process
- Compile and analyze financial information for journal entries
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts
- Prepare schedules for prepayments, accruals, and deferrals
- Manage fixed assets and depreciation
- Assist with budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements
- Fulfill tax, audit, and other requests from external agencies
- Participate in process improvements
- Collaborate with departments on projects
- Support AR and AP functions with schedules
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business-related field
- 5 years relevant experience
- Knowledge of GAAP, journal entries, and financial reporting
- Familiarity with ROU, cash flow, revenue recognition, and audits
- Experience with balance sheet reconciliations
- Strong organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks Desktop
