Keyholders lead clinic teams to ensure operational efficiency for satisfactory client service in Mountain View location. They provide inspirational leadership to achieve sales, client goals using leadership skills. Roles involve personalized service for bespoke facial, product introductions promoting skincare needs. Teams conduct client consultations, educate on protocols, celebrate results, champion mission/values alignment.
Skin Laundry specializes in customized, no-downtime facials targeting personal donné skin needs for clients. Clinics operate retail hours with extended mall holidays, weekends requiring ability to commute/coverage systemically. Physical duties include walking, standing long periods, lifting 25lbs inventory, reach/crouch/twist/push/pull regularly. Vision abilities close, depth, color focus. Equipment phones, keyboards, computers, touch screens.
Keyholders support clinic success by improving processes, procedures efficiency/accuracy. Strong communication, multitasking with systems. Establish client retention processes. Utilize company reports for insights/best practices. Enhance culture with people-oriented, enjoyable workplaces, belonging, respect individuality, support goals, maintain relationships. Prioritize safety, decision making, ask assistance if needed. Manage available retail hours, integrate policy./hr.
Compensation $23 to $26 per hour plus commission. Full-time schedule clinic operating hours including holidays, weekends. Location Mountain View,CA requiring commute, travel coverage needed. - Creating curated client experiences
- Effectively introduce and promote customized, no-downtime facials and Skin Laundry products
- Educating clients on the importance of the skin care protocols
- Celebrating the success of the results clients experience
- Championing Skin Laundry’s mission and values
- Effectively coordinating, scheduling, and rescheduling clients
- Consistently seeking, obtaining, and converting new clients
- Support clinic success by improving efficiency in processes and procedures
- Strong communication skills, ability to multitask with clinic systems
- Establishes and maintains effective client retention processes
- Understand and utilize company reports to leverage business and share insights
- Partner with clinic team for enjoyable, comfortable workplaces of belonging

Requirements
- Two (2) years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service preferred
- Prioritizes customer service and has exceptional communication skills
- Proficient in problem solving and finding creative solutions
- Must be able to create a comfortable atmosphere for clients and team members
- Attentive and a good listener
- Attention to detail in following company and safety protocol
- Must prioritize client safety and customer service and be able to make clinical decisions
- Goal oriented and self-motivated to achieve and exceed company benchmarks
- Willing to learn and adapt to changes quickly
- Comfortable and respectful with conflict management
- Proven retail experience, preferably within skincare and/or aesthetics
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
- Previous retail operations including cash reconciliation, opening/closing preferred
- Previous supervisory including coaching/mentoring sales/customer service targets preferred
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, events
- Previous POS software, Zenoti experience preferred
