Benchmark Physical Therapy is part of Upstream Rehabilitation, operating over 1,200 outpatient clinics across 28 states. The organization offers 26 respected regional brands including BenchMark, Results, and Drayer. It provides structured onboarding, mentorship, and continuing education to support clinicians.
Therapists develop personalized care plans and deliver outcomes-driven therapy in standard 13-week assignments with 6- or 12-month options. They collaborate with local clinical teams using one EMR and standardized systems. Assignments rotate to new locations, allowing transition to permanent roles. A challenge includes adapting to different clinic environments while maintaining productivity. Work involves building connections in communities and participating in mentorship programs.
Compensation includes salaries from $120k to $145k, plus non-taxed housing stipends, travel reimbursement, and tiered bonuses. Positions require full-time schedules nationwide with guaranteed work, PTO, holidays, and relocation days. Requirements
- Graduate of accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active or pending Physical Therapist license in applicable states
