This role operates machinery in a paper mill factory, producing ground-wood paper for various industries, ensuring efficient manufacturing that supports supply chains. It addresses manufacturing challenges by training entry-level workers to handle tonnage and machinery. Workers contribute to 24/7 production by maintaining operations with forklifts and pulp systems.

Workers operate paper and pulp manufacturing machinery, including forklifts, in an industrial environment. They learn to rotate shifts for day and night work, performing duties like lifting up to 50 pounds. Positions entail working 12-hour shifts on rotating schedules, including weekends and holidays. Flexibility is required due to the mill's continuous operation running 365 days per year.
Starting wage is $20 after 30 days, advancing to $25.98-$26.70 per hour based on seniority, plus shift premiums. Positions include nightshift premium of $0.94 per hour. Benefits after 90 days include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short term disability, 401k retirement plan, and 13 paid holidays. Probation period lasts 6 months, with all jobs subject to physical tests, drug screens, and background checks.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Industrial or manufacturing work experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Pass physical abilities test
- Some computer experience
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Ability to be on feet during 12-hour shifts
- Available for weekends and holidays
- At least 18 years old
