Workers contribute to 24/7 production by maintaining operations with forklifts and pulp systems.

Inland Empire Paper Company manufactures custom ground-wood paper in Millwood Washington since 1911, specializing in custom ground-wood paper. Workers operate paper and pulp manufacturing machinery, including forklifts, in an industrial environment. They learn to rotate shifts for day and night work, performing duties like lifting up to 50 pounds. Positions entail working 12-hour shifts on rotating schedules, including weekends and holidays. Flexibility is required due to the mill's continuous operation running 365 days per year.

Starting wage is $20 after 30 days, advancing to $25.98-$26.70 per hour based on seniority, plus shift premiums. Positions include nightshift premium of $0.94 per hour. Benefits after 90 days include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short term disability, 401k retirement plan, and 13 paid holidays. Probation period lasts 6 months, with all jobs subject to physical tests, drug screens, and background checks.

Requirements
