Senior clinical leads provide oversight for clients with serious disabling mental illness, emotional disturbances, or developmental disabilities, performing consultations and treatments. They conduct assessments, determine diagnoses, and gather data from records and collateral sources. Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight and program supervision for clients with mental health and developmental disabilities
- Conduct consultations, evaluations, and treatment services
- Interview and assess clients, determine diagnoses, and collect data
- Participate in treatment team planning and implementation of service plans
- Conduct treatment meetings with caregivers and meet caseload/billing expectations
Requirements
- Licensed (Candidate) as LCSW, LCPC, Psychologist, RN Degree, or similar recognized in Montana
- Advanced degree (MS, MA, PhD) in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Five years of direct work experience
- Thorough clinical understanding of services, individuals, resources, and tools
- Ability to assess from a strengths model perspective
- Strong oral and written communication skills
