Responsibilities
- Manage, direct, and supervise business operations in university units
- Review business practices, policies, and procedures
- Analyze data flow and perform computer reporting and file research
- Monitor business activity, workforce distribution, and expenditure recommendations
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and cost projections
- Interview, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate support staff
- Review business and accounting work for accuracy
- Counsel staff on policy, procedure, and guidelines
- Conduct special projects as directed
- Perform routine programming
- Monitor and update fee schedules
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 years work-related experience
- Valid driver's license compliant with university standards
