In this job, you monitor system changes, collaborate with IT risk teams on role-based access controls using automation, and develop technical documentation for integrations. Activities include incident coordination with IT vendors, leading daily operational continuity through service desk guidance, and defining service level agreements with users. Interactions occur with senior management and IT staff to identify platform updates, and one challenge involves maintaining compliance with data privacy requirements during HR and finance processes.

Compensation ranges from $29.00 to $31.00 per hour based on factors like skills and experience. Work occurs at company headquarters, offering remote options when available, with standard full-time hours and potential travel for audits. Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain application maintenance model for HRIS and ERP platforms like Workday and Dynamics GP
  • Handle daily operations including incident management and user provisioning
  • Report issues and enhancements to IT management
  • Partner with business units on projects for efficiency and cloud integration
  • Communicate upcoming platform changes to stakeholders
  • Implement role-based access controls and automate entitlements
  • Develop technical documentation on integrations and dependencies
  • Identify communities, workshops for platform trends
  • Coordinate incidents and ensure resolution across platforms
  • Lead operational continuity and support service desk
  • Define SLAs with users for resolution
  • Implement platform changes and enhancements
  • Create and manage roadmaps for Workday, Dynamics GP, and ATS
  • Maintain training and procedural documentation
  • Evaluate policy changes for business growth
  • Support audits and requests with system data
  • Represent IT in firm-wide initiatives
  • Escalate issues and drive improvements in meetings
  • Participate in vendor training and conferences
  • Apply project management and Agile methodologies
  • Establish change management and quality assurance
  • Develop quality assurance materials
  • Test activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience
  • ITIL v4 Foundations certification within one year of hire
  • Several years supporting enterprise applications in mid-sized or large organizations
  • Direct experience administering Workday HRIS and Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP systems
  • Understanding of enterprise application support and data workflow integrations
  • Skills in technical documentation and business process workflows
  • Familiarity with Workday and Dynamics GP security setup
  • Knowledge of application security best practices and segregation of duties
  • Awareness of data privacy and compliance in HR and finance
  • Experience in audit processes for system access
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues across systems
  • Proactive in identifying risks and implementing solutions
